How do you print on mugs?
During our custom mug printing process your photos are embedded into the ceramic through a process known as sublimation that uses heat and special top-quality inks. Imagine a big oven – essentially, your photos are baked into your personalised mugs so they won't come off.

When you fill them with a hot liquid, our mugs do start to heat up. Our high-quality printing makes the photos on your personalised mug heat-resistant and the sturdy handle will remain cool so that you can sip your hot beverages safely.

Are your mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Our ceramic mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe. Our Magic Mug is microwave safe but needs to be hand washed.

You can put up to 20 pictures per mug.

Our custom made mugs hold up to 285ml – enough for a really satisfying cuppa.

How to personalise a mug?
Printed mugs just got a whole lot more personal. Using our online editor you can customise your mug with your favourite photos and add eye-catching designs using our colours and themes. You can even add text to create personalised message mugs (just make sure to select a theme that allows for captions).
